Requirements:
· Diploma/B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
· Extensive experience in power transformer Core Assembly and Core Coil Assembly.
· Minimum Experience 8-12 Years in same field, and Strong interest in Transformer and Reactor Windings.
· Strong knowledge of transformer design and manufacturing processes.
· Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill.
· Analytical with problem solving attitude.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple Job’s simultaneously.
· Fluent in use of MS-Office products, especially Word, Excel and PPT.
· Strong understanding of departmental planning, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures.
· Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
· SAP knowledge is preferable
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to meet quality standards of Power Transformers up to 500MVA, 400kV/765kV.
· Must possess healthy working experience of EHV Transformer and Rectifier CA & CCA and troubleshooting.
· Handling and resolving day today's issues using conflict resolution techniques in the department.
· Participate in design review, clearing up any doubts right then and there.
· Supervise production to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize rework and cost.
· Assist Technician support on issues and include root cause analysis.
· Maintain accurate records and reports on production and issues.
· Maintain health, safety, environmental and housekeeping standards
· Implement best practices in work area
· Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
· Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment breakdown and calibration to reduce downtime.
· Implement quality procedures in the department.
